03 Account Registration and Management

Registering a wau888z account is free. During registration, you are required to provide a username, password, a valid email address, and an active mobile phone number. All this information is used for identity verification and account security purposes.

Users are fully responsible for:

• Password Confidentiality: Do not share your password with anyone. Wau888z will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a password being disclosed by the user themselves.
• Account Activity: All activity that occurs in your account is your responsibility, including activity carried out by third parties who gain access with or without your permission.
• Identity Verification: Wau888z reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a MyKad or passport at any time, particularly during the withdrawal process or when unusual activity is suspected on an account.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Wau888z accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

• Minimum Deposit: RM20 per payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal request.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after successful verification.
• Verification Required: Withdrawals will only be processed after account identity verification is completed. Payment method details must match the account holder's name.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) except for cryptocurrency deposits, which will be converted at the current exchange rate.
• Third-Party Prohibition: Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered in the user's own name.

05 Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

Wau888z offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered members. Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus funds or related winnings can be withdrawn.

• Welcome Bonus: 200% first deposit bonus up to RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. Example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM200 → balance RM300 → wagering requirement RM200 × 20 = RM4,000.
• General Bonus Terms: Bonuses are valid for one account per user, one IP address, one device, and one payment method. Users who attempt to abuse the bonus system will forfeit all bonus funds and related winnings.
• VIP Programme: Wau888z has five VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate: Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.3%, Gold up to 0.5%, Platinum up to 0.6%, and Diamond up to 0.8%.
• Bonus Validity Period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will be automatically forfeited.
• Right to Modify Promotions: Wau888z reserves the right to change, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

06 Game Rules and Betting

The wau888z platform offers a range of game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, online poker, and fishing games. Each game has its own specific rules that players must follow.

• Game Results: All game results are final once a round is completed. No appeals regarding technical game results will be considered unless there is clear evidence of a system failure.
• Technical Disruptions: In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, wau888z will use internal system records to determine a fair outcome. Our platform is not responsible for disruptions caused by the user's internet connection.
